LEGISLATIVE NEWS February 8, 2008 A statement to the Department of Labor and Economic Growth was made by Carole Elliott, President, as to MOLA's position on the proposed rule changes to the Manufactured Housing General Rules. She testified before Larry Lehman, Chief of the Building Division, Bureau of Construction Codes and Mark Sisco, Director of Administration, Bureau of Construction Codes. They said they would certainly take MOLA's statement under consideration. The entire statement may be read by MOLA members by going to the MOLA member web site.
